Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that align with FNA's aggressive business goals. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company’s positioning, messaging, and demand generation strategies across core industries, while serving as a close partner to the business development and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the execution of the annual and quarterly marketing strategy in alignment with FNA’s sales, business development, and expansion objectives.
  • Partner with business development to identify high-growth market opportunities and design go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar, including blogs, social media, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns tailored to nutraceutical, functional food, beverage, and animal nutrition markets.
  • Create and execute targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness among B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and revenue goals.
  • Drive marketing’s contribution to revenue by setting clear KPIs for lead generation, conversion, and campaign effectiveness; track attribution and optimize accordingly.
  • Using data analytics, lead competitive and market intelligence efforts to inform messaging, positioning, and new market entry, including the pet food sector.
  • Shape and evolve FNA’s brand positioning and messaging framework to ensure strong differentiation in the market.
  • Oversee website strategy and content updates to drive traffic and support lead generation.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including sales decks, brochures, trade show materials, and digital assets.
  • Monitor industry innovations and regulatory changes to ensure relevant, timely, and compliant marketing communication.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on marketing impact, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage the marketing budget and vendor relationships to maximize ROI on marketing investments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the nutraceutical, ingredient, or food & beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic marketing planning, demand generation, and brand development.
  • Experience supporting business development or sales teams with marketing tools and insights.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and marketing metrics to drive decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
